Better Together

👋

Welcome to your community pulse scorecard

Welcome Kelly!

Everything you need to see how SIU is tracking from membership, group health, leader pulse, and the ecosystem, in one place.

“
Your brain's job is to keep you safe, not to help you grow. It will search for evidence from the past to avoid pain. Your job is to ask: Is this fear based on today's reality, or yesterday's experience? Every great leader has moments where they wonder if they're enough. The difference isn't that great leaders don't feel fear, it's that they refuse to let fear become the author of their story. Keep being great Kel. You are more than capable. I look forward to growing this business together.
